The victim, a 19 year old male was hanging around in the back of the park. An unknown suspect shot the victim in the abdomen. The victim walked to the front of the park, where he was found and police were notified. The victim was transported to the hospital by medics. The victim is in stable but critical condition.
There is no suspect description and nobody is in custody at this time.
Northern division detectives are investigating the shooting.
