SDPD PR: Serious Injury Accident Synopsis: A 65 year old female was driving a 2014 Dodge Caravan. She entered the parking structure at 2929 Health Center Drive. She stopped and opened her door to retrieve a parking ticket, when her foot came off of the brake pedal. The vehicle started to roll forward and the female fell out of the vehicle and was pinned between the driver’s door and two yellow poles. The female was transported to a local hospital with a life threatening head injury. Traffic Division is investigating
