The Convair220 Amateur HAM Radio Club is inviting the public to explore HAM radio operators in Kearny Mesa July 25th through the 26th.
Amateur Radio Operators communicate under Emergency conditions providing Communication to the Public.
At this annual event, HAMs both in the US and throughout the world are prepared for such events as fires (currently HAMS are working with the Border Fire), earthquakes, and loss of modern communications.
The Convair220 Amateur Radio Club Event starts at 11am, this Saturday, June 26, 2016 and runs for 24 hours, through until 11am on Sunday, June 27th, 2016.
The event will be held behind the Kearny Mesa Rec Center at 3170 Armstrong St, San Diego, CA 92111 Once on Armstrong Follow the signs around to the back of the rec center.
