Many have expressed interest or inquired about the parcel at 6066 Balboa Ave or the parcel in front of the 99 Ranch Market in the Target/Home Depot Plaza. By now many are aware it will be a car wash on the NW corner of Balboa & Mt Abernathy
A rendering of the Balboa Express Carwash is also posted on the fence. Having visited the site back in July and also reaching out to the developers I was told a possible late 2017 Grand Opening possibly 2018.
This will be a state of the art car wash with a 100′ tunnel powered by solar.
As more information becomes available about this project as well the Chick-fil-A across the street I will pass it on.
