A San Diego Unified School District land sale in Clairemont known as Hale Junior High on Mt. Alifan Drive went up for Public Bid & Oral Auction this morning. The property is currently leased by SDUSD to Horizon Christian School.
The high bid for Hale Junior High $23,520,000.
An additional school property in Clairemont, Stevenson Elementary did not receive any bids.
