The Tuesday night Clairemont Planning Group will have presentations and Q&A/Comments for the public regarding two projects directly related to the community and neighborhoods.
SANDAG will be providing a quarterly update with the status of the Mid Coast Trolley. In addition Pure Water San Diego will also be providing updates. Both presentations will allow for public input as well as Q&A.

In addition a project is coming before the planning group regarding the former Jack Lalanne property at 3040 Clairemont Dr. The architect presented there project (19 apartments) before the Project Review Sub Committee last week and it was not met with high marks. A main issue is the fact the project is not developing the full property, so one half of the project is brand new contemporary architecture while the other half of the attached property is the original mid century modern look.
